Fox
History
Richard Bradford was that one kid that got picked on in school everyday.
That was until he found out that he had cancer, the only way for him
to live was to undergo chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Yet unknown
to the young Richard the hospital he was put in, was actually a CR-Tech
experimental facility, the hospital was a front for human testing. Richard
was subjected to numerous drugs and exposed to various types of radiation.
The good part was that his cancer was cured because of it, the bad news
was that he lived in misery for six years. Then one day Richard awoke
with a strange feeling, it seemed like the world was slowing down around
him. When the guards came in to take him to the testing chamber he easily
evaded them, they were flies in molasses, and he was a striking quick
cobra. With his new found abilities Richard grabbed the keys right off
the guards belt, and fled at top speed. He joined up with Legion Extreme
to help them expose the truth about CR-Tech. Richard was now the Fox,
quicker than lightning.
Special Abilities
Fox has the ability to run at speeds that exceed mach one on the ground,
when he travels by running he must make sure to regulate his speed because
any speed over seven hundred miles per hour creates a shockwave in his
wake. Richard can throw a punch so fast that it is invisible to the
naked eye, he can also unleash a barrage of punches that number in the
hundreds per second. His body is surrounded by a field of energy that
seems to make his movements near frictionless in the atmosphere, it
also protects him as well, anything with a high velocity hitting him
is reduced to one, one thousandths of it’s original velocity.
Thus a bullet would bounce off him as if it were no more than a thrown
ball of paper. If he collides with anything while running his field
will protect him from fatal injury but might not prevent him from getting
bruises, cuts, or even broken bones. If Fox runs fast enough he can
run straight up walls as if defying the laws of gravity, and he can
also run on water. One of Fox’s favorite tricks it something he
likes to call “The Vibrating Palm” he can literally shake
apart an object by moving his hand rapidly in small circles. He has
melted through steel, turned concrete into powder, and has even shook
a tank to spare parts. One of his favorite catch phrases is “I
can scrape the plaque off your teeth, without you opening your mouth”
this has yet to be proven. As a very bad side effect Fox must consume
eight meals a day in order to sustain his metabolism.
Equipment
Fox wears a molecular-fabric suit which adapts to the energy field generated
by Fox. This saves Fox the trouble of shredding his own clothes while
running fast.
